Professional Membership

Professional membership is designed to meet the requirements of professional service management individuals who have to fund their membership themselves. The emphasis is on facilitating access to information and communication with other IT professionals. Professional members will qualify for the core benefits described above.

Corporate Membership

Corporate Membership is designed to accommodate companies who apply service management in the effective running of their business. This membership accommodates 2, 5, 10 or unlimited participants. Each corporate member will be assigned named members according to the membership option taken (2, 5, 10, unlimited). The core benefits are applicable to the named participants, however free or discounted attendance can be handed to any person within the company as long as the quota is not exceeded. The emphasis is on facilitating access to information and communication with other members involved in IT Service Management and being exposed to IT Service Management vendors.

Vendor Membership

Vendor Membership is designed to accommodate suppliers, implementers, consultants and trainers of ITSM principles, services and products. A Vendor organisation is any organisation selling a product and/or providing ITSM services to third parties on a commercial basis, even if another part of their organisation is user orientated. (Please Note: A vendor is restricted from taking out a Corporate User membership.)
