Vision & Mission

Our vision is to be recognised by the Southern African IT industry and user organisations as the premier representative body for IT service management world wide. The itSMF is a forum whose aims are primarily to:

• develop and promote industry best practice in IT Service Management
• engender professionalism within IT Service Management personnel
• provide a vehicle for helping members improve service performance
• provide members with a relevant forum in which to exchange information and share experience with their peers
• liaise with other parties that share an interest in IT Service Management
• conduct ongoing research to ensure longevity
